Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in, or with (if broken) the original packaging.

Depending on the type of complaint, contact is to be made with our staff and you will be requested to return (so we can also notify our supplier) or a photo be taken and sent to confirm the complaint.

In all cases, refunds, exchanges and updates to an order will be dealt with personally and speedily.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Homegoodsvn however, does have the right to decline a refund if we deem it not to be a true complain. But we will do our best to satisfy all our customers at every opportunity.
